Is this soundbar bluetooth capable? If I connect this sound bar to my Samsung 65" TV (which does not have bluetooth), will this make it bluetooth capable to be able to connect my wireless headphone to it???

MAT, your TV needs to be Bluetooth enabled to be able to connect your HW-T450 Soundbar via Bluetooth. The HW-T450 does have an Optical input; if your TV has an Optical port, you can connect this soundbar via Optical. ^Gina

Can I use this on any HDTv? I just bought a 50" TCL flat screen. Are the two compatible or would it have to be a Samsung tv to be compatible?

I need a soundbar with Sound settings. Meaning, I need to be able to select a mode that puts an emphasis on dialogue.
