Does the TV have to have access to the internet to scroll through artwork? I want to use the 32" version as a monitor in my office, but will not be able to connect it to the internet.

I have a swivel wall mount the I use my my Vizio LED 65in currently. This mount and tv is 5 years old. Would I be able to use the same mount with this tv?

How much of an upgrade is this over the NU6900? Is it quite noticeably a better picture? I am looking at upgrading.
