We don't measure an input lag. However, for the best gaming experiences, we do offer a Game Mode option that allows you reduce any lag that additional picture processing might create.

does curve tv opens from the sides after a while? and watching curve tv does it have to be straight position or can be watched fine from any corner

How is this tv watching sports ??

I want to know how this tv does with sports as in football and basketball I currently have a un55f7100 motion rating is 240hz I'm new to 4K would getting this tv be a downgrade or would I even notice the difference in watching sports

The TV would offer more resolution and clarity and is the next step for the future of TV.

It's difficult to say, since pictures affect different people. Some may find it an upgrade while others would feel that the they respond better to the 240Hz at a lower resolution.

Try checking it out at the store, and ask the sales associates to put on a fast action picture so you can see for yourself. That's always the best indicator.

jerky motion when watching tv

Sometimes notice jerky motion when there is quick movement on screen. Can this be adjusted somehow? Does it have something to do with the motion 120?

Try switching the AutoMotion Plus option to "Clear" or "Off" to see if that reduces picture processing that can sometimes cause judder.

How do you turn off the advanced picture features? Does this alleviate judder??

Consumer Reports says that the brightness level was only fair, best-suited for a darker room. Has anyone experienced a problem in daytime viewing?

There are definitely different brightness options, and the TV itself has several pre-sets, including movie (for darker rooms), standard (for typical home use) and dynamic settings - which are bright, bright settings for use in a very brightly lit room.

All of those can be a starting point for adjusting to a custom setting.
