Is there supposed to be a display showing what input I’m on? I bought a brand new one and there’s a display window on the instructions but mine isn’t displaying anything.

Hello Cejo - The display window would only show the source or settings when you are using the remote to change or adjust them. Once you have made your selection the display goes away so as not to distract you. ^Cris

Bpatty11, it looks like the BlazeTV app is only available on devices such as Smart Phones, Tablets, etc; however, you can screen mirror your BlazeTV app from your mobile device by using Smart View on Android devices, or using AirPlay 2 on iOS devices. ^Gina

I replaced a new UN43TU7000FXZA at Samsung's advice because of extreme heat that could cause a fire. A USB drive would be too hot to remove The replacement of the same model also has the same problem. Is it common for this model TV to be so hot?

I can’t get the amazon music app to work properly. Spent 2 hours on the phone with Samsung tech support and they can’t figure it out. I’ve had the tv about 2 weeks and it never worke even when the Geek Squad set it up. I’m about ready to return.
