Has anyone had issues where the sound would cut off for about 1-2 seconds while watching any program...over the air, Netflix..etc? I still have the same service, cables and equipment, other than a new TV. Seriously thinking about taking it back.

I bought M8 x20mm screws for this tv to use with wall mount as per the instructions for screw size in manual and they are too short , says 20-22. Why?..where can I buy 22mm screws?
