VG-STC4000 with UN32EH5300
Dear Mr. Samsung:
I already purchased the VG-STC4000 camera and installed in the UN32EH5300.
After not being recognized the camera by SKYPE I proceeded to upgrade the firmware of the TV (ver 2001.3). I restarted the TV and reinstalled SKYPE (ver: 2.140411).
When I disconnect and reconnect the camera I get "Connect to USB Camera and Mic" and in 2 secs I get "USB Mic and Camera disconnected."
The blue led in the webcam keeps on, so I know the camera works fine. I have tried installing it in the only two USBs ports that the TV has, with the same results.
Any advice?

Updating the television was the best idea - always check to make sure no new versions are available.
It sounds like the camera is connecting, but then disconnecting - and unfortunately, there's not much to diagnose.
Here's a guide for using Skype - and if this doesn't help solve the issue, you may want to reach out to the Samsung customer service center directly - or see if you can exchange the camera. They're usually very reliable, so it may be "the one" that went out with something wrong:
