if the t.v. is used solely for streaming service via wifi without service from a cable provider, will the t.v. need the 4k wire to operate- or what resolution will the picture be in without the 4k cable? In essence, are there any additional items needed

Do I need cable service or a satellite provider connection to get a clear picture? I am wanting this TV for the use of Netflix only. My other TVs are connected to a satellite provider.
