Play through my existing Samsung home theater?

Can this unit be set up to play through my Samsung HT-C550 Home Theater which has just a regular DVD player? This all plays through my Samsung 46" LCD TV.
Yes, you can use your digital optical cable input from the Blu-Ray player to the HT-C550 Samsung Home Theater system.

what's the main difference between this one and UN65EH6000F?

I know this one is made in 2013, EH made in 2012. but any technology improvement?
This model is a limited run model.

The UN65EH6000 also has a more expanded list of ports and can be connected with other devices. This model's jack pack is more limited, and a picture is attached below:

Can this tv connect to samsung sound bar via optical or any other means?

have a samsung soundbar, try to use with this tv.
This television does not have an audio out port, and an illustration of the jack ports is attached.

You can in some cases, however, connect your cable box or Blu-Ray players, or other devices directly to the audio bar by running the audio straight from those devices to the audio bar.

Thanks for your support of Samsung televisions.

Can I get a data plan for this? If so, where could I get it and what would it cost per month?

I know this has wi-fi but I'm wondering if I can get a monthly data plan for this so that I can get internet service anywhere even if I don't have a wi-fi connection.
Some carriers have Tablet models that may allow this functionality.

Best Buy would be able to assist you to see if your carrier has a model that will work, and your carrier may also have options available. The Best Buy Mobile salespeople are in tune with the trends, and can assist with that.

But this specific model will not allow a Sim Card or cellular capabilities.

International Warranty

Hi,
I'm planning to buy this TV and plan to take it to India in a few months. I want to know if International warranty holds good for these samsung tvs so that i can have it serviced in India
Anirudhan, this is a good question.

Televisions sold in the United States do not have an International Warranty, and would need to be returned to the United States in order to be repaired.

India - or any country - may also vary with power requirements, broadcast differences (NTSC vs. PAL or SECAM) or other differences that may cause it to not work properly.

We recommend purchasing the television in the region where it will be used, as that's where it can also be warrantied and repaired.

Some Samsung products do have an International Warranty, however televisions do not at this time.

can I hook up external speakers for surround sound?

It looks like a different Samsung TV that I was going to buy didn't have any place to add external speakers so I was wondering if this was has that feature.
Well, the F6300 model will allow you both the optical and analog ports.

Just so that it's clear, I've even added a photo to this response to help illustrate the two ways you can connect your TV to a receiver or Home Theater system.

Thanks for your interest in Samsung products.

What is the speaker output power?

I'm trying to determine how many watts the tv's internal speakers output?
Watts/channel?
The Model: UN65EH6000FXZA lists 2 speakers with 10 watts each for a total of 20 watts.
This tv doesn't list anything. It's blank...
Here are the specifications on this model's audio:

• 10W x 2
• Dolby® Digital Plus/Dolby® Pulse
• SRS TheaterSound HD™

If we can help further, please reach out and we'll be happy to assist.

How does this compare with the Kindle Fire HD?

The Android system is a complete operating system, and while you can download the Kindle App on the Tablet, you can also play games, check email, surf the web and do a host of other things.

The Kindle App is available here:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.amazon.kindle

You can also shop around to see what other things Tablets can do.

Compare the two at the store. Both are great products and fit different needs. See which one best fits your needs.
