Sometimes, they are triggered by especially dark floor or dark and thick carpets. You can try cleaning off the four cliff sensors with a dry cloth, but it is possible your robot will not clean this area of your house.

We would like to inform you that the Shark AI Robot VACMOP vacuums not only bare floors but it also vacuums carpets. The mopping feature can only be used on barefloors.
