Does this vacuum have a trigger that needs to be pressed the entire time that you are vacuuming?

We would like to let you know that this vacuum does not have a trigger that needs to be held down. You just need to turn on the unit with a push of a button.

Do you have to have internet for this to work we do not have internet in our area or is Bluetooth capable to program? Thanks

We would like to inform you that this robot can work without Wi-Fi. You would need to press the buttons located on the robot to get it to run, however you would not be able to use the app or any features of the unit that would require Wi-Fi. We recommend connecting it to Wi-Fi and pairing it with the Shark App to receive regular updates to the robot and the app. This will ensure that the robot is maintaining optimal performance. You will also be able to set up a cleaning schedule with the app. Also this unit is not bluetooth compatible.

How do I empty what the vacuum has sucked up? I can’t figure out how to get that out.

We would like to let you know that the dirt and debris is captured in the dirt chamber on the pad. Once the dirt chamber is full you just need to dispose of the pad and attach a new one.
