I got my shark vacmop in jan 2021 and it will not charge can you tell me why it didn't last long than this

Do you need to change the pad between vacuuming and mopping

We would like to let you know that changing the pad in between vacuuming and mopping would depend on how dirty and full the pad is after vacuuming. This would be a personal preference.
