Does the screen flip all the way around? Like to use it like an Ipad?

No. The Lenovo Chromebook 3 14 does not have 360 degree hinges. It can not be used in tablet mode.

Can I use the Cricut software on this laptop? Cricut is the craft cutting machine. It would have to download to the laptop and have its own icon. Can anyone confirm?

That really will depend on the requirements and compatibility of the software you want to run. This Lenovo Chromebook 3 14 uses the Chrome Operating System and is compatible with Google Play Store APPs. Not all Google Play Store APPs are optimized for the Chrome Operating System. We recommend you check with the specific software publisher's web site for their compatibility with the Chrome operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.
