I'm sorry that I Did not fully explain my question, I was asking if the apps that come with the tablet could be moved to an sd card that I install so I could free up more of the internal memory that comes in the tablet.

The APPs that come with the Tab M10 Tablet are not owned by Lenovo. Each APP owner/publisher applies their own Copyright protection to their specific APP. There is nothing within the Android Operating System nor the device itself that would prohibit installing any APP software on to a removable SD card, but APP owners/publishers may Copyright protect their APP by not allowing it to be installed on removable media like an SD card. Whether you will be able to install APPs on the SD card will depend on the Copyright Protection the APP publisher/owner applies to their specific APP. We recommend you check with the specific APPs publisher/owner, of the APPs you want to install on the removable media within the SD card slot, as to whether they allow their APPs to be installed on removable hard drives like an SD card.

I need for over seas travel and will leave it with a friend so is it compatible outside the US

To use outside the USA, you will need to add a compatible wall side plug adapter, compatible with the country the Tablet will be used in. This adapter is sold separately.
