This IdeaPad and all other Windows devices will come with a 30-day trial for Microsoft 365, but will require a more long-term solution or auto-renewal to keep your access to Office apps like Word. The individual apps cannot be purchased, so you would have to purchase a bundle of Office apps that include Word or choose your preferred 365 subscription option.

Why does the cursor keep going to the upper right corner? it's so annoying. I did a lot of research but it keeps moving. I just bought the laptop today

To try to resolve this, first, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button. does it have a magnetic option for stylus/pen

How long can you safely keep the power cord / battery on?

The system was designed to be on and off the charger with it being a laptop, but if you are worried about having your IdeaPad plugged in constantly, by switching your device out of Windows 11 Home in S mode to standard Windows 11, you can take advantage of the battery threshold feature in Lenovo Vantage to choose when your battery starts and stops charging to preserve battery health and longevity.

Cannot get mouse and keyboard to work Computer does not show them under paring
Hey, Bonnie. The included keyboard and mouse with this IdeaCentre AIO use a USB receiver that is originally housed in the mouse under the cover on top of the mouse for convenience when traveling. If you have located this receiver and plugged it into one of the AIO's USB ports and the keyboard and mouse are powered on, but not working, we then recommend reaching out to Lenovo Support for in-depth troubleshooting to resolve this issue for you.

The website specs for this laptop says Dolby for audio but the system says Realtek. Am I wrong thinking there is a difference?

Does this laptop have a sim slot to add on a cellular plan?
Hi, thank you for your question. The Yoga 7 does not support SIM cards or eSIM for cellular connectivity. It relies strictly off Wi-Fi for internet.
