Regarding basic programs, the system comes with many that are standard for Windows systems, like the Microsoft Edge browser, but Google Chrome is not preinstalled, as it is not a Microsoft partnered product. Although, you can download the app yourself after device setup.

Does this support two external monitors?

Yes, this Yoga 7 2-in-1 can support dual external monitors by connecting monitor A via the laptop's HDMI port to the monitor, and monitor B connected using a USB-C [to respective video connector] adapter. You could also use a USB-C docking station or hub that supports video output to two monitors (two video output ports on the dock/hub) to connect everything together, using one port. Even better, if the hub/dock supports USB-C power passthrough or USB-C charging, you can also charge the computer at the same time, using that same USB-C port.
