You said that it can support up to 32 ram, but other sources say only 16 ram. Also, your direct link to Lenovo links to a different model number with a different version of the processor. That is not the correct link. Can you please clarify?

The maximum RAM that the manufacturer provides for the Lenovo Legion 5 15 Gaming Laptop, model number 82B500FVUS is 16GB DDR4-3200MHz RAM. But the maximum supported RAM that this system is capable of supporting is 32GB DDR4-3200MHz RAM within the two available RAM memory slots. You would need to use a 3rd party, after market upgrade service as Lenovo does not provide this configuration from the factory. The Lenovo Legion 5 15 model number 82B500FVUS configuration is a retail-only configuration and is not available through the manufacturer.

No. The computer does not ship with any monitor cables.

Any computer capable speaker system that connects via a 3.5mm cable should work with a Chromebook. Check the speaker specifications to be sure.

I cannot get the sound to work. Anyone know what I must do?

First be sure your system audio speakers are turned on. Use the HotKey in the F1 position on your keyboard to toggle the audio on/off. Then use the HotKey in the F3 position on your keyboard to increase the audio volume.
