My ram speed is being limited at 2133. With no access to XMP, how do I fix this?

The BIOS can be accessed by restarting your computer and pressing the f2 or del key while the computer is booting. how come for me it has a label 165 hzs but the monitor settings dont let me put it to 165 it says its stuck at 60hz

Currently the default behavior is for the Timer to display for 30 seconds and then switch back to the clock with the running timer displayed underneath as a smaller version. you may enlarge the timer again at any time by pressing the timer or by swiping from right to left on the display.
