Does this computer have 144hz?

This is a monitor. The Lenovo G25-10 monitor has a refresh rate of 144Hz.

No. The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 Laptop, model number 81WE00NKUS, is not compatible with any active/digital pen. This model does have a touchscreen.
