I am using a displayport cable for this monitor on pc, and i have the supported nvdia card. When i go to the control panel, and try to change the refresh rate,it's stuck at 60. How do I change this? I know the max is 165 hz, but its running 60hz

First, be sure the video source you are using is capable of 165Hz and is compatible with the DisplayPort 1.2 version port on this monitor and you are using a cable that is rated compatible with DisplayPort 1.2. Check your settings within the On-screen Settings.
