My daughters current laptop crashed - need one that she can complete remote learning on with Zoom and D2L and have no issues with speed .. its all live streamed classes will this do the job for her

Is the fan that is shown in the picture supposed to light up when the pc is on? Because when I turn my pc on it shows the led lights for about a second then turns off completely.

This model seems to have 2 USB Type-C ports. Is it possible to use one port for power and the other port for HDMI output via adapter at the same time? (I have read only 1 port is capable of power and display in some reviews)

The Lenovo Yoga C740-15 model number 81TD0005US, ships with one dedicated USB-c port for power in to the device. There is an additional USB-c port with video out capability for connecting an external monitor and power-out delivery to an external device. This USB-c port can connect to an HDMI monitor via a USB-c to HDMI adapter. You could have the laptop plugged in and charging through the dedicated power-in USB-c port while connected to an external monitor through the second USB-c port with video out capability.
