how difficult is it to get it to work like a regular clock radio and have the alarm go on with a radio station? is this possible?

I am looking to buy this for my mother as a Christmas gift! She enjoys looking up recipes and cooking right from the computers display. If I purchase this, will she be able to access the internet? So that she can look up different recipes?
