We want to load the Zoom app. Why cant we do that?

We recommend you check the requirements and compatibility of the APP you want to install. If it is not available through the Microsoft Store, you will need to switch out of Windows 10 S-Mode to Windows 10 Home. We would like to use Zoom but we keep getting a message that to load Zoom, we have to install Google Chrome. Then the Google Chrome message says we need to disable the S drive. We have Norton Anti-virus loaded. Is it advisable to disable the S drive?
