Stuck on Lenovo screen right out of the box. Unplug & restart eventually opened Windows. First 3 of 5 times "Repairing Windows" ran at startup. Returned and got a new one. 2nd computer, same issue. Updates worked, but has still has hung up on startup 2x.

Use the system as normal, and if the issue persists, we recommend applying updates via the Lenovo Vantage app on your T5i, as we'll see if the updated BIOS rectifies the problem.

If you purchase this model of Yoga Pro 9i specifically yet are not seeing any touch functionality enabled, to try to resolve this, we recommend ensuring you have the latest software by checking for updates, as this could correct the issue. To do so, first, open the Settings app > Select the Windows update tab > Select the Check for updates button, applying all available updates. Next, open the Lenovo Vantage app > on the homepage, select the Check for updates button, following on-screen prompts to apply all available updates here as well.
If after the available updates are applied and the system restarts, yet the issue persists, in-depth troubleshooting will be necessary to fix the problem. We recommend contacting Lenovo Support here: 877-453-6686, for further assistance.
