I don't know if external cd/dvd drive is the same as built in but I wanted to know if it comes with built in cd/dvd drive and can music and/or games be dowmloaded

This model does not have a built in CD/DVD drive. You can use an external, USB-based, Windows 10 compatible CD/DVD drive with this model.

No. This system does not have a backlit keyboard.

There is only one solid state hard drive within this configuration. The hard drive is soldered to the motherboard and no upgradable.
