I just purchased this for my son. For some reason, no matter the settings I adjust either on the Chromebook settings or Google Settings, or family assist settings I can't get regular YouTube app to download. It says "it's not available for childen", Tips?

I am taking classes online and wanted to know is this laptop good for researching for school work. Does it come with Microsoft Office?

This is a Chromebook. It uses Google Docs for office type programs. Google Docs is completely compatible with Microsoft Office Programs and this is a free service through the Google Server. If you must have the actual Microsoft Office Programs, you can purchase Microsoft Office 365 for this Chromebook at the Google Play Store.
