There is a limited 1-year manufacturer's warranty, covering hardware OEM issues.

Just bought this computer for my wife at Best Buy. I wanted to upgrade the memory so I bought 16 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2400 MHz and computer would not start. Is this the correct speed of memory or 266 MHz?
