No. This is a North American Model (for Lenovo Sales purposes, North America is Canada and the USA). The 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty is valid in North America only.

Is the screen glossy, or matte? Also, I don't see mention of an SD card slot - is there one?

The Lenovo Yoga 730-15 model number 81JS005CUS, has a IPS LCD w/LED Backlight Glossy screen. There is no SD card slot within this configuration.
