I’m starting grad school next week is this laptop good for my papers and school work.

This is an entry level, light use system with its Intel Celeron processor. It is not meant for multi-tasking or demanding programs. It is good for light work on Microsoft Office type programs and light internet browsing. If this describes your computing needs, the IdeaPad 330-15 would be a good choice.

"model is not user upgradable" question? So I see this a lot here. someone said that they all have a warranty sticker. I don't recall any of my other Lenovo products coming with a sticker. Is this a Best Buy warranty sticker or Lenovo? TIA.

There is no warranty sticker on Lenovo products. The reference to "This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty.", refers to the Lenovo limited manufacturer's warranty only. If you have purchased a 3rd-party warranty, check with the 3rd-party for stipulations about their warranty.

Please help! Just ordered this computer love everything except it WILL NOT connect with the printer. Had a technician even try.... need to figure this out soon or will return. How do I know if the printer is compatible with my laptop??

Check first to be sure your printer is compatible with Windows 10. Is the printer wireless or does it connect via USB to a computer? You can find this out at the printer manufacturer's web site. You will probably need to install Windows 10 drivers on to the computer from the printer manufacturer's web site, if the printer is compatible with Windows 10. Be sure you follow the new computer pairing instructions provided by the printer manufacturer. All of this information should be available on the printer manufacturer web site.
