I realize this tablet has a camera for video chat which I believe is rated at 2MP ..I have a Logitech camera rated at 8MP that I plug into my laptop..is there a place on the tablet where I can plug this camera in so be used in video chat?

The Tab 4, 10.1" is a Android 7.1 tablet and does have a Micro USB port. We recommend checking with the manufacturer of the hardware (Logitech) for compatibility. This will be in their "minimum system requirements".

Which camera is used when you video chat? The front or rear camera?

Thank you for your question. When video chatting you will be using the camera on the "front" of the tablet. ( the side where the screen is)

Anyone had issues with the tablet constantly rebooting while in standby mode? If it goes into standby mode, when I return it's either on the home screen or in the middle of rebooting and all previous apps are closed. Multiple factory resets haven't helped

I will be purchasing this tablet tomorrow and I was wondering will it be able to stream movies with no lag and problems? That is what I’m going to be using it for...

The Tab 4, 10.1" ZA2J0007US is a perfect fit for your needs. The ability to stream with no lag or problems can be directly connected to your internet speed. You may want to check with your internet provider to see what speed you are getting from them to make sure it is fast enough for your needs.
