The operating systems are different within a Chromebook, which uses Chrome Operating System and a Windows 10 computer. This will play a roll in the APPs/programs that you can run on the device. Check the requirements and compatibility of the APPs/programs you want to run on your device and choose your operating system based on the work you want to do.

Can this laptop have an Ethernet port, please?

The Lenovo IdeaPad 330s-15 laptop does not ship with a built in ethernet port. You can connect this computer to an ethernet cable by using a USB to ethernet adapter.

The picture doesn't show a 10-key. Does it have on? I was looking at an HP 15" that had a 10-key.

The Lenovo Yoga 730-15 does not have a 10-key numeric pad.
