There are no internal speakers within the IdeaCentre 510A desktop. Here is a link to the Setup Guide for the Lenovo IdeaCentre 510A desktop. Yes it does. Windows 10 Home 64-bit Operating System is pre-installed. You will need to activate the factory install of Windows upon initial setup. This will allow any new updates to be installed. There will be audio and onscreen step-by-step instructions for the Windows setup and activation.

Thank will depend on the content on the page the "tab" represents. It's not the number of open tabs but the amount of data those tabs contain. The Lenovo IdeaCentre A340-22 All-In-One system is an entry level, light use system with its Intel Pentium processor. It is not meant for multi-tasking or demanding programs. It is good for Microsoft Office and light internet browsing.
