How good is this model for operating a small construction business from??

This is an entry level, light use system with its Intel Celeron processor. It is not meant for multi-tasking or demanding programs. It is good for Microsoft Office and light internet browsing. If this describes your computing needs, the IdeaPad 330-15 would be a good choice.

How good of a quality is the webcam from 1-10? Is it HD or 1080p? Does it have a blur if you move around?

This system has a 300p web cam. It is a basic level web cam.
