Yes, this system has internal speakers. At the bottom right of your Windows 10 screen, there is a speaker icon. Left click on the icon for on/off and volume adjustment. Right click on the speaker icon for more detailed audio control options.

TO ANONIMOUS: The right bottom keys go up and down only page by page. They don't go up and down all the way up or down quickly. Thanks just the same. :)

For the page up/page down function, hold the "Fn" key down and tap the arrow up/page up key and/or the arrow down/page down key.

I purchased this model back in June and returned it due to the constant loud fan noise(got hot too) but I'm thinking of giving it a second chance. Any tips on how to keep the fan noise from acting up every few minutes without causing overheating problems?

It will generate heat whenever it is turned on, even at idle, this is normal. The onboard fan will maintain the proper operating temperature for the device.
