I already bought this laptop, but I can see that the left usb port (the always charguing) does not detect phones to data transfer (onlye charge them so I guess it works) for data transfer I have to switch to the right one, it is damaged?(less tan a month)

You may need to install software on the computer for Windows 10 to be able to se the phone. Check with your phone provider for the process for connecting that phone to a Windows 10 computer. Both USB ports should work, if the phone operating system is compatible with Windows 10.

Can the RAM be upgraded by the owner without voiding the warranty?

No, this model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty.
