No, there is no free cloud storage with this model. There is a Micro SD card slot on the device id you need to add more storage space.

Just bought this laptop, Audio does not work, and I've tried re-installing the drivers.

Be sure the audio system is turned on. Click on the HotKey at the F1 position to turn on/off the audio system. Then use the HotKey in the F3 position to increase the volume. If this does not solve the problem, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.
