If you use an adapter plugged in to the cigarette lighter that provides a standard 2-prong wall plug adapter to plug the AC adapter that comes with the laptop into the car adapter.

where is headphone jack located.. my headphones do not fit any holes

My future employer has laptop requirements of: A minimum of a CPU 4 CORE. A minimum of 8 GB RAM. A minimum of 40 GBS available disk space. Does this laptop meet the CPU 4 Core requirement?

There are 4GB of RAM soldered to the motherboard and there is an additional 4GB of RAM within the one RAM memory slot within the device. To upgrade memory to 16 then what exactly would you have to buy for the DDR4 SDRAM?

Model number 81DE017BUS is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The maximum RAM this configuration can support is 12GB. As you point out, there is 4GB of RAM soldered to the motherboard. There is another 4GB of RAM within the one RAM memory slot within this configuration. Your certified technician can remove the 4GB RAM stick from the memory slot and replace it with an 8GB RAM memory stick.
