Can I burn music cd's with this laptop ?
This model does ship with a CD/DVD-RW drive built in, but to create a playable music CD you will need to install Media Player/Creator Software. This software is not included with Windows 10 Home.

The Tab 4, 10.1" is a WiFi only Android tablet and does not support sim cards/LTE.

Does this laptop come with an Ethernet port?
No. There is no ethernet port built in to this device. You can connect this computer to an ethernet cable by using a USB to ethernet adapter.
