Whats the specific gpu? I know its amd radeon r7 but I don't know if its a 240, 250 or 340...does anybody know?

Graphics processing within this configuration is integrated within the AMD A12-9700p processor. It is the AMD Radeon R7 Graphics version, integrated within the processor. There is no discrete GPU within this configuration, model number F0CE0023US.

Hello, i purchased this item but i've noticed the audio is weird on the device everythting i put on with sound it plays the sound normally but there's weird static noise along with it like a shhhhhhhhhh sound. Is this normal?

Would this be a good computer to use with adobe illustrator and photoshop?

That will depend on the requirements of the software. Guys please answer quick :) i bought this and in a quiet room i can hear constant fan noise but it is little but is it normal for there to be fan noise every now and then that gets louder in volume then goes back down to normal and i have nothing heavy on

Is it worth upgrading the HDD to a SSD, or are the other components not good enough to get the actual performance of the SSD, or should I return it and put the additional $150 To upgrade to get a different laptop with a smaller SSD, ie. Macbook Air?

Please keep in mind, this model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. That said, a certified technician, like the Geek Squad, can replace the existing HDD with a compatible SSD. Check with your local Geek Squad for pricing. Then compare the cost to upgrade this $229 system versus the $900 cost of a MacBook Air.
