This is a North American model. It only comes with a US English keyboard. The AC adapter is dual voltage, but to use outside North America, you will need a wall side plug adapter. The Windows license is valid in Europe.

This model number, 90H1000GUS, is currently on sale for $419.99 this week, through Saturday. There are several different configurations available. Check the model numbers.

How much software can the laptop hold? Would it be good for holding multiple gaming softwares on it?

This system has a 64GB solid state hard drive. There is approximately 40GB of usable space on the drive (the installation of Windows 10 and other operating software taking the rest of the space). Check the size of the program files you want to install. Also be sure that the programs/games are compatible with Windows 10 and this specific system's configuration.
