will this PC support dual monitors for one mouse?

No, this system has both an HDMI port and a VGA port for video but you can only use one at a time.

I read better than many above. That said, I am a novice. Will this be good for viewing SD cards? I see Mirco reader, but all other properties for viewing all SD in the field, using USB attached reader?? Thanks

You are correct. There is a Micro-SD card reader built in to this system, but you can view other SD cards by simply using an external SD card reader that will plug in to a USB port on this device.
