This system comes with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty that is valid in North America only. It covers OEM issues. You might check with Best Buy about purchasing additional coverage through them.

This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. Your certified technician can replace the existing standard hard drive with a compatible solid state hard drive. Check with your certified technician for your options.

Is there a way to turn off the controller? I had charged it overnight, unplugged it this morning, just went to use Mirage Solo, for the first time today, and the controller power meter only has 3 of the 5 lights lit. TIA

When you power down the headset the controller will go into a sleep mode to save power.

Hello do the tablet have 32gb or 16gb build in without a sd card

This version of the Tab 4, 10.1" has 32GB of system storage that can be added to with a Micro SD card. (up to 128GB) We recommend using FAT and exFAT cards.
