Can I add another SATA harddrive to the laptop, does it have an extra slot for it.

No, there is no open slot for a second hard drive within this model.

Can the existing 128GB SSD be replaced with a higher capacity? if yes then what is the maximum capacity that it can support? and will it be a M.2 (2280) PCIe SSD?

This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. Check with your certified technician about replacement options.
