That will depend on the requirements of the streaming service. We recommend you check with the streaming service web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

Can it be upgraded to windows 10 pro?

Yes, you will need to purchase the Windows 10 Pro upgrade and install it to this device. Be sure to create a Windows 10 Home restore media before you install the upgrade, just incase the install has a problem.

I need a portable lap top to show large PowerPoint presentations with sound graphics movie music and a dvd drive would be helpful. Need excellent resolution. What do you suggest.

The Pentium processor and 4GB of RAM within this configuration is not powerful enough for the large file presentation format you describe.
