In order to keep the program active after the trial period, you will need to purchase a product key. You will not need to download any additional software. Prices will vary depending on the version of Microsoft Office you choose.

How do I adjust the screen. It seems to indicate it can tilt, but I can't make it do that.

The screen will tilt forward to a -5-degrees and backward to 20-degrees. If your screen will not tilt, be sure you have installed the stand correctly to the back of the monitor.

Yes, model number F0D50000US has a combo HDMI port that supports both input as well as video output for a second monitor.

That will depend on the requirements of the software. We recommend you check with the game's software publisher's web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 32-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration.

This model is not user upgradable. A certified technician must do all of the work, so as to not void the warranty. The RAM memory within this configuration is soldered to the motherboard and not upgradable. Your certified technician can replace the existing hard drive with a compatible replacement.
