The RAM is not upgradable within this configuration. The RAM is soldered to the motherboard and there are no RAM slots.

I hate Windows 10! Can this be downgraded to Windows Professional 7?

We recommend you check with Microsoft to see if this version of Windows 10 is down gradable to Windows 7.
