Is it possible in install a 256gb (or larger) 42mm M.2 SSD as a secondary drive without too much trouble while keeping the existing 2.5mm SSD as well? I would use this for additional storage and not as a boot disk.

There is not a second bay within this system for a second SSD. Keep in mind, all work on this system must be done by a certified technician so as to not void your warranty.

Is upgrade to windows 10 included? Is this PC certified to run Windows 10?

No, the preinstalled operating system is Windows 7. There will be no upgrade disks for Windows 10 included.
