This is a California requirement. All computers that are sold in California legally must have this statement on the box.

Sorry but you dont answered my question about PWM in this Lenovo ideapad 320! Link which you give me for Full Hd display so from another Laptop because but this one has only HD display . Please give me please correct information!

This is the information able for the screen on this model. There is no further information available. There is no mention of PWM concerning this screen within the information available.
