How do I get keyboard to come up at start up

If you are referring to the onscreen keyboard, there is a keyboard icon at the bottom right of your Windows 10 screen, click/touch the keyboard icon to display the onscreen keyboard. If for some reason the keyboard icon is not on the bottom right of your Windows 10 screen, click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "Onscreen keyboard" in the search window then select Onscreen keyboard from the list.

Hello. Question to Lenovo expert and other guys! What exactly model and brand(manufacturer) of display in this Laptop? Does its display have PWM ? This is very importent for me because i have short-sightedness and sensetive for PWM! Thanks a lot

No, there is no numeric key pad on this model. The number keys on this model are across the top of the keyboard.

How long does it usually(on average) take this laptop to boot up for the first time after you purchase it, including the windows and Lenovo updates? It's been 45-55 minutes and it's still updating windows. When should I start getting concerned?

Just let the system continue to download and install the updates. The time varies depending on the number of updates Microsoft has released for Windows 10 since your specific computer was manufactured. Be sure the device is plugged in during the update process. The fewer devices connected to your internet service during the update process will speed up the downloading as well.
