what is the CPU usage % at start up with no other task of my own, just to keep it up and running?

That will vary depending if the device is connected to WiFi and/or if there are automatic background programs allow to initiate. At idle, Windows 10 should only use approximately 5% of the CPU resources.

Hello, i purchased this item but i've noticed the audio is weird on the device everythting i put on with sound it plays the sound normally but there's weird static noise along with it like a shhhhhhhhhh sound. Is this normal?
