IS IT MORE IMPORTANT TO HAVE 8 RAM AND A 128 GB SS HARD DRIVE, OR 6 RAM AND 256 GB HARD DRIVE?

Increased RAM is more important. You can always add additional storage space be using the Cloud and/or external solid state flash drives. The performance enhancement you get from a solid state hard drive, i.e., faster start up and file/program opening, will be there from either a 128GB or 256GB size solid state hard drive.

Is this the Lenovo Chromebook that's able to withstand an accidental drop of up to 2.3 ft and has a water-resistant keyboard?

This Lenovo N22 Chromebook is made to be Sturdy, yet lightweight in design for secure portability, but we can not guarantee survival from a drop. There is no water resistant keyboard on this model.

This is an entry level system. Lenovo, is there any way that this great computer could be configured with a water cooling?

Not, currently. It is something we can look in to for future improvements. Of course, a certified technician could probably add water cooling. A certified technician would have to do the work so as to not void the warranty.
