This will depend on the requirements of the software. This unit won't stay connected to the network. It thinks there is no network connectivity, but my other PC's get it. Where is the Intel adapter listed on the device manager list/control panel?

Go to "device manager" and expand the Network adapters tab. You will find it there. There may be WiFi driver updates for your specific system. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. Here is the link:

Can I have clients sign paper work with this laptop?

You can use a universal capacitive touch stylus to "sign" a document with this device. You can not use an active/digital pen with this device.
