There is a 30-day trial of both Microsoft Office 365 and MacAfee Anti-virus software installed on this device. There is a one year limited manufacturer's warranty on this device. There is no product key for the operating system. You need to create a recovery disk(s) or a recovery USB-Flash drive as soon as you set up the system. You can reinstall the operating system in case of failure from the recovery disk you create.
