I can not use two finger clicking to open the content menu? what is the problem? I check setting and it is fine, three fingers and four fingers clicking works, but not two finger

You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. There is one HDMI-Out port on this device to support an external monitor. You would need an HDMI-Out splitter to increase the signal to two external monitors.

Is the reported fan noise an issue/an oddity on some machines and is it a returnable issue if it occurs? Would the higher speced model be less prone to that fan noise?

This is a new model and there is no problem with fan noise.
