Does this laptop have enough memory to play games online? I don't know much about this.

As large as the come. The largest Micro SD card is 256GB now.

can th sd card be used to increase storage space of files using this system? Expandable Memory?(not talking about RAM)

ThinkPad X1 Carbon dimensions: Width: 13.11" x Depth: 9.01" x Height: 0.65".
Sleeve dimensions: Depth: 9.4 inches X Width: 13.7 inches X Height: 1.1 inches
It looks like the sleeve is big enough to hold the X1 Carbon. The sleeve is not made for the ThinkPad X1 Carbon though.
